7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with PropBrain Pro within 7 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

Free Trial

All new Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day guarantee period:

  1. Email us at support@propbrain.io with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your PropBrain account.
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are separate:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Refunds are only available within 7 days of your first payment under our money-back guarantee.

After the Guarantee Period

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period:

  • No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
  • You may cancel at any time, and your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the guarantee period at our discretion in cases of:

  • Extended service outages affecting your usage
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Other circumstances where a refund is warranted
